Merger gives rise to one of the most experienced international
insurance search teams in the world
Toronto– October 1, 2014 – Retained executive search firm The Caldwell Partners International Inc. (TSX: CWL) today announced that it has acquired Hawksmoor Search, an executive search firm focusing on the insurance industry. The company announced on August 19 that it had entered into an agreement to acquire the firm.
Based in London, Hawksmoor Search is a retained executive search boutique specializing in board and senior management recruitment for clients in the insurance and reinsurance markets worldwide. The firm was launched in 2010 by Matthew Andrews, an executive search professional serving the insurance industry since 1987. Supporting Matthew on the Hawksmoor Search team are Jeremy Hughes and Catherine Parkes.
