Caldwell Enhances Recruiting Capabilities with the Addition of HR Executive Search Partner Michelle DesChenes

Toronto – September 5, 2024 – Retained executive search firm Caldwell (TSX: CWL; OTCQX: CWLPF) today announced a major enhancement to its people, talent and culture recruiting capabilities with the addition of Michelle DesChenes as a partner in the firm’s Human Resource Officers Practice.

With more than 20 years of experience in global executive search and HR consulting, she possesses strong knowledge of current hiring market trends and proven HR strategies, as well as an extensive network. Her client portfolio includes life sciences, healthcare, energy, manufacturing, engineering, financial services, supply chain and logistics.

Ms. DesChenes joined Caldwell from Kingsley Gate, a global private equity-backed executive search firm. Prior to that, she was a managing director with GattiHR, a national leader in HR Search.

Ms. DesChenes is an active member of the Northeast Human Resources Association (NEHRA) as well as Human Resources Leadership Forum (HRLF). She is an official member of the Forbes Human Resources Council, advocating for progressive HR practices.
