Nicole Johnson-Hoffman is the CEO of innovative FoodTech firm Future Meat Technologies – a role to which she brings more than 25 years of experience across the agriculture, food manufacturing, and meat production industries. Prior to Future Meat, Nicole led OSI’s European processed food division and served as chief sustainability officer and senior vice president.
