About Vicky
Vicky is a consultant in the London office and a member of the Industrial Practice. She focuses on recruiting senior executives in the built environment, infrastructure and transportation sectors, with a particular focus and expertise in rail and transit. Vicky is dedicated to finding the right fit between client and candidate through the development of search strategy, outreach and engagement.
Experience
Having conducted searches targeting talent across the globe, Vicky has developed a breadth of experience in both the UK and global rail markets. She has successfully supported clients including HS2, SNC Lavalin, Flatiron and McConnell Dowell Group.
Vicky has over a decade of recruitment and search experience and prior to joining Caldwell she worked within the legal sector for a number of years.
Education
Vicky holds a LLB degree in law from Nottingham Trent University.
