About Tracey
Tracey Lambele is a consultant in Caldwell’s Industrial, Financial Officers, and CHRO & Human Capital practices. With more than 25 years of executive search experience, she brings a well-rounded perspective to her client and candidate work. Tracey has spent most of her career working with teams to provide a data-driven holistic perspective on markets, target company dynamics and top-tier talent. Her experience spans across industries for functional C-suite and non-executive board roles within public, private, PE-backed and family-owned organizations.
Experience
Previously, Tracey worked at companies where she was able to build her career through integrity, agility, and continual learning. Her perspective on companies, talent pools and client needs has been elevated through her work at well-known executive search firms and in-house at EY and Capgemini. Her career has included working with practice and firm wide leadership to monitor growth strategy success, manage external visibility, develop strategies to reach top-tier talent, oversee best practice initiatives and implement operational excellence initiatives. Her data driven and transparent assessments of talent and client solutions help to bring value to clients, candidates, and her colleagues.
Education
Tracey holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Butler University. She has also gained additional training by participating in programs for data visualization, team building, high performing teams, and executive coaching.
