About Todd

Todd Lingle is a Partner with Caldwell Analytics, the Organization Effectiveness division of Caldwell. Todd works with leaders to improve individual, team, and business-unit performance using people analytics.

With two decades of experience in talent spanning executive leadership teams to emerging leaders, Todd has worked with top leaders across a wide range of industries. His expertise in assessment includes: behavioral, cognitive, critical thinking, values/preferences, and emotional intelligence. This work encompasses leadership/competency assessment for talent acquisition/selection, leadership, high-performance teams, engagement, talent management/performance management, strategic execution, organizational change, culture, succession planning, and organizational design.

Experience

Todd joined Caldwell after leading the global talent acquisition functions for 2 private equity-backed organizations; Vistage International and The Predictive Index. Prior to his career in corporate talent acquisition, he founded Kamus Executive Search, a boutique firm focused on recruiting middle management to mid-cap and enterprise companies. Todd began his executive search career at The Lucas Group, where he became a senior partner. ​

Todd holds a BS in business from University of Colorado at Boulder.

Todd has held board roles at the National Human Resources Association (NHRA), is actively involved with TAGSD, an advisory board for talent acquisition leaders, and has been a key executive advisory member with Vistage. ​
