About Tim
Tim McMahon is a consultant in Caldwell’s Financial Services Practice, based in Washington, DC. He brings broad executive search expertise built on years of experience in go-to-market, P&L management and technology practice areas.
Experience
Tim joined Caldwell from Revel One where he focused on marketing roles with high growth and established B2B and B2C companies. Prior to Revel One, Tim worked at Integrity Power Search, a boutique search firm where he placed executives at the VP and C-suite level in early-stage, venture-backed technology and consumer companies across organizational functions.
Earlier in his career, he was an integral member of the information technology and professional services verticals at Korn Ferry, where he worked on partner, VP and C-level roles at Big 4 consultancies, private equity-backed organizations and F500 IT consulting companies.
Education
Tim holds a B.S. in mathematics and a B.A. in government from Georgetown University.
