Scott Clark is a Partner in Caldwell’s Industrial Practice based in Denver, Colorado. With nearly 30 years of experience placing senior executives and board directors, he is regularly sought by clients for his expertise in board, CEO, and senior executive recruitment.
Experience
Scott has worked across a broad spectrum of industries, including energy, infrastructure, private equity, engineering, construction, and finance. His expertise and deep industry insights have made him a trusted advisor to clients navigating complex and evolving markets. He has particular expertise in placing transformative executive leaders in evolving and emerging industries.
Scott began his recruiting career at a boutique executive search firm in Atlanta that specialized in the environmental, engineering, and construction industries. He later served as managing director at a prominent international executive search firm and led talent acquisition for Amec Foster Wheeler’s Americas operations. In this role, he oversaw recruitment across multiple sectors, including environment & infrastructure, power & process, oil & gas, and mining, spanning Canada to South America.
Education
Scott holds a Bachelor of Science in business with a concentration in finance from Auburn University.
