About Rodes
Rodes Cole is a partner in the Atlanta office and a member of the Financial Services, Insurance and Professional Services practices. In addition, he has led CEO/Executive Director searches for non-profits, as well as executives for key positions in private family foundations.
With an ingrained belief in the importance of relationships and process, Rodes has built a reputation as a trusted advisor. He learned this belief from his grandfather, who owned a paint store and would tell him that “everyone sells the same paint; it’s the service that distinguishes one from another.”
Experience
Rodes joined Caldwell from Parker Executive Search, where he was a member of the corporate practice. He was previously a client partner in the Professional and IT Services Practice at Korn/Ferry International. He began his career with the DeKalb/Metro Atlanta Chamber of Commerce.
Education
Rodes graduated from Emory University with a bachelor’s degree in history.

He served on the Emory University board of visitors and was a member of the executive committee. He also is an active member of the McCallie School Atlanta Alumni Association and a previous member of the school’s Honor Scholars Committee. In the past, he has been involved with the American Cancer Society and the Marcus Autism Center. In 1997, he was recognized by Georgia Trend magazine as one of their “40 under 40,” which features the most influential emerging professionals in the state.
