Page Burdette is a consultant in Caldwell’s Atlanta office. She focuses on the recruitment of senior executives across the professional services and consumer sectors, as well as CEO and board-level searches across a range of industries. She takes a structured, strategic approach to help clients to identify senior leadership talent that supports their vision for the future and sustained growth.
Experience
Page joins Caldwell with over 10 years of consulting experience, having most recently served as a senior director in EY Parthenon’s Commercial Strategy Practice. Page brings deep expertise in strategic consulting, having driven assessments, pricing strategy, transaction advisory, and transformation efforts for clients in consumer, retail, and financial services. Before joining EY-P, she was a manager at Monitor Deloitte as part of the Customer Strategy Practice. Page began her career at Cambridge Associates, an institutional asset management firm where she worked with foundations, endowments and high net worth clients. She advised her clients on overall portfolio allocation including performance and rebalancing.
Education
Page holds a Bachelor of Arts in economics and psychology from the University of Virginia, as well as a Master of Business Administration from UVA’s Darden School of Business.
