With over 10 years of talent acquisition experience spanning international markets, he brings a wealth of knowledge partnering with clients in the fields of transportation, real estate, professional services, manufacturing, energy, and natural resources.
Experience
Mik joined Caldwell from Boyden Executive Search, where he collaborated with managing partners to place senior level executives ranging from director to C-suite. He was responsible for search strategy and candidate development across multiple industries including post-secondary, not-for-profit, financial services and power generation. Prior to his career in retained executive search, Mik was a consistent top performer at well-known contingency recruitment firms where he executed on engineering and construction mandates for over a decade.
Education
Mik holds a Bachelor of Arts in interdisciplinary studies (management and economics) from the Ateneo De Manila University in the Philippines.
