With more than 20 years of experience in global executive search and HR consulting, Michelle possesses strong knowledge of current hiring market trends and proven HR strategies, as well as an extensive network. Her client portfolio includes life sciences, healthcare, energy, manufacturing, engineering, financial services, supply chain and logistics.
Most importantly, Michelle invests her time in understanding her clients and strives to exceed expectations, always with a consistent focus on building relationships. Beyond executive search, she provides insights on workforce optimization, guiding clients in compensation and retention, and shaping impactful DEI and talent development initiatives.
