About Kristen
Kristen D’Almeida is an associate in the New York office and a member of the Technology Practice. She brings over 7 years of experience in executive search and focuses on recruiting senior-level executives across industry all at the intersection of technology. Kristen’s first role in executive search was when she joined Caldwell in 2016, and her journey in search has come full circle. She rejoined Caldwell in 2022.
Experience
Kristen rejoined Caldwell from Riviera Partners, where she was instrumental in identifying and attracting quality executive talent in product, design, and engineering. She has successfully completed searches for a variety of early to mid-stage startups in Silicon Valley and beyond. Before joining Riviera Partners, Kristen spent 4 years at Korn Ferry as a member of the Technology Officers Practice recruiting primarily CIO and CTO talent for Fortune 500 companies.
Prior to her career in executive search, Kristen worked in the music industry with RCA Records, a division of Sony Music Entertainment.
Education
Kristen earned a Bachelor of Science in business economics and finance from Sacred Heart University in Fairfield, Connecticut, and also attended the American University of Rome in Italy.
