About Karen
Karen Dubay is a consultant in our Dallas office, and a member of the Industrial Practice. With more than 20 years of experience in executive search, Karen develops and executes search strategies and conducts outreach and candidate assessment for client engagements. She has completed chief executive officer, general management, corporate director, and key functional assignments for industrial clients in both the public and private sectors. In addition, she has performed company and industry sector analyses and has led talent-mapping initiatives for clients in and outside of the industrial markets, both domestically and globally.
Experience
Karen joined Caldwell from Heidrick & Struggles, where she held various roles, including senior associate and associate coordinator for their North American Industrial Practice. Earlier in her career, Karen held key administrative assignments with Morgenthaler Ventures, the Cleveland Clinic, Scott Fetzer/Berkshire Hathaway and Deloitte & Touche.
