About Jonathan
Jonathan Rossotto is a partner in Caldwell’s Industrial Practice, based in London. A seasoned executive search professional, Jonathan specialises in identifying transformative leaders for high-growth and complex industries, including renewables, cleantech, energy, transportation, and infrastructure.
Jonathan is recognized for his expertise in partnering with organizations at the forefront of technological innovation, particularly within the cleantech and EV infrastructure sectors. Over the past year, he has successfully supported four of the largest UK charge point operators (CPOs) in their leadership transformations.
He has a successful track record of executive appointments across sectors such as power and utilities, cleantech, infrastructure, and transportation, serving a diverse client base that includes operators, manufacturers, developers, consultancies, and regulatory bodies.
With the growth of new technologies and innovative businesses in the cleantech start-up space, Jonathan has supported organisations to commercialise at the Board level with CCO, COO, CTO and CEO appointments to assist through Series A funding and beyond.
Experience
Jonathan began his executive search career in Shanghai in 2009 before joining a European boutique firm in London and later moving to Odgers Berndtson in 2019, where he was Head of Energy. His international experience, combined with his nuanced understanding of emerging markets and technologies, enables him to deliver tailored leadership solutions for clients operating in dynamic and evolving industries.

Jonathan is a graduate of University College London with a degree in Modern Languages.
