About Janice
Janice Kipkala is a consultant in Caldwell’s Toronto office and a member of the Financial Services and Consumer practices. With a focus on the recruitment of C-suite, board directors and other senior-level executives, she is dedicated to understanding and meeting the distinctive leadership needs of her clients.
Experience
Janice joined Caldwell from another global executive search firm, where she was instrumental in identifying and attracting top executive and board talent in North America across various sectors, including financial services, industrial and natural resources.
Prior to her career in executive search, Janice worked as a corporate and securities clerk at a full-service corporate law firm, gaining valuable experience in corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, and commercial transactions. She began her career as an estate litigation clerk at a nationally recognized boutique law firm that serves as a leader in trust, estate, and capacity litigation.
Education
Janice holds a Joint Honours Bachelor of Arts in communication and sociology from the University of Ottawa. She holds certifications including a Paralegal License with the Law Society of Ontario and a Second Language Certification in French from the University of Ottawa’s Official Languages and Bilingualism Institute.
