About Gwen
Gwen Gotora is a consultant in Caldwell’s London office and a key member of the firm’s Financial Services Practice, working across both public and private markets. With almost 10 years’ experience in executive search, her focus has been in asset management across different asset classes, including fixed income, multi asset and equities, across the UK and Continental Europe.
Experience
Gwen joined Caldwell from Godliman Partners, an asset management boutique search firm where she successfully placed senior level executives across numerous functions including C-suite, portfolio managers, analysts and distribution roles. In the course of her 7-year tenure, Gwen was promoted from researcher to executive consultant.
Gwen began her career working for PMG Recruitment Services, a South African based generalist recruitment agency. While there, she was responsible for executing searches mainly within South Africa, across several industries including defence, IT and retail.
Education
Gwen holds a Bachelor of Science in accounting & financial management from the University of Surrey, UK.
