About Eric
Eric Roeloffs is a consultant in the Global Insurance Practice at Caldwell, focusing on search work in the P&C and life insurance industry. He has completed assignments for chief executives, board members and other senior business unit and functional leaders for a combination of primary life and P&C carriers, reinsurers and third-party administrators.
Experience
Prior to joining Caldwell, Eric spent more than five years as a key member of the Global Insurance Practice of Korn/Ferry International, based in the New York office. Prior to Korn/Ferry, he was a partner in a boutique executive search firm specializing in the recruitment of senior-level information technology executives. He successfully completed numerous executive search assignments for a broad cross section of industries, including commercial banking, advertising, manufacturing, retail, insurance, investment banking and consulting services.
Eric has more than 15 years of experience in claims and operations within the insurance industry. He served in a variety of operations management roles with CCC Information Services, an organization that provides software and services to the insurance industry. In addition, he held operations management and business analyst positions with Zurich American Insurance Company. Eric began his career as a claims adjuster with Allstate Insurance Company.
Education
Eric holds a BS in psychology from Syracuse University and an MBA from Rutgers Graduate School of Management.
