About Danielle
Danielle Borodin is an Associate in Caldwell’s New York office and a member of the Financial Services Practice. She works on recruiting senior-level executives across a range of functions and sectors, tailoring her approach to meet the unique needs of each client.
Danielle’s work is driven by a commitment to understanding her clients’ organizational goals and talent requirements. She applies a thoughtful and research-driven process to identify, evaluate, and engage candidates who align with the strategic objectives of her clients.
Experience
Danielle joined Caldwell from Delta Capita, where she served as a Senior Consultant. In this role, she led multiple regulatory remediation projects for major global investment banks, gaining valuable experience in addressing complex compliance and operational challenges. Her time at Delta Capita provided her with a deep understanding of the financial services sector, as well as insight into the skills and expertise needed for success in senior roles within the industry.
Education
Danielle holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of Mississippi and a master’s degree in Entrepreneurship from the University of Florida.
