Courtney is a partner in Caldwell’s Industrial Practice, serving clients across North America. Collaborating with colleagues across geographies, she focuses on building effective, results-driven executive teams across the globe in the oil and gas, utilities, mining, manufacturing and infrastructure sectors. Her commitment and dedication to understanding the underlying business and mandates of her clients and expertise in identifying and assessing top talent has earned her a stellar reputation as a trusted advisor to both clients and candidates alike.
Experience
Prior to her tenure at Caldwell, Courtney led recruitment efforts for senior-level executives for a diverse spectrum of corporate services functions including people and culture; external affairs and communication; finance and accounting; supply chain management and health, safety, and environmental roles. Her trajectory into executive search was preceded by an early career in communications working across a variety of industries and sectors. She commenced her career with the Legislative Assembly of Alberta, progressing to roles within a global public relations and integrated communications agency and later with a marketing firm that focused on traditional and digital marketing strategies for B2B enterprises.
Education
Courtney holds a bachelor of commerce from the University of Alberta.
