Before joining Caldwell in 2024, Christian spent three years at a boutique professional search firm in Chicago where he played a key role in placing mid-senior level professionals across a variety of functions including fundraising, investor relations, and portfolio management.

Christian received a Bachelor of Arts in psychology from the University of Minnesota.
