Charlotte joined Caldwell from Michael Page (PageGroup), where she launched and expanded the firm’s Professional Services Practice in New York. Under her leadership, the practice flourished, rapidly becoming recognized for its strong focus on the strategic recruitment of senior-level executives. She successfully conducted a wide range of senior search mandates, particularly across business development, marketing, and communications roles at law firms. Charlotte’s ability to build a high performing practice from the ground up and deliver exceptional results for her clients has established her as a respected leader in the field of executive search. She began her recruitment career in the London office of Odgers Berndtson, where she developed and honed her skills in identifying and placing top-tier talent.

Charlotte grew up in London and graduated from the University of Manchester, one of the UK’s leading institutions, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in modern languages, specializing in French, Spanish, and German.
