About Brandon
Brandon Stevens is a core member of the Board of Directors & CEO and Industrial practices. In the past several years he has worked directly with board and CEO clients, specifically aligned with managing partner, Jay Millen. His area of focus includes agriculture, manufacturing, energy, utilities & infrastructure, and natural resources.
Experience
Prior to executive search, Brandon’s career focused on intercollegiate athletics fundraising for Marshall University, James Madison University and The College of Charleston. Also, earlier in his career, Brandon had stints with a Class AA Minor League Baseball organization and the Miami Dolphins.
Brandon’s senior search work includes Board of Directors and senior company executive work, including marquee assignments for El Paso Electric, Delphi, AstenJohnson, Delta Apparel, Domtar, Gerdau, MasTec, Thompson Industrial, Titan NA, Emcor, Form Technologies and Altium. Given his extensive experience in the non-profit sector, Brandon has also executed assignments for the South Carolina Aquarium, USC Darla Moore School of Business and the Yorktown Foundation.
Brandon joined Caldwell from DHR International, where he served as the managing associate for the Board of Directors and CEO Practice.
Education
Brandon holds a bachelor’s in business and master’s in athletic administration from Marshall University, where he served as student body president and as a member of the Board of Governors.
